The stars are shining,
The moon is full,
My little angel has come,
My angel has shown me the way,
The way home, the way to happiness,
I need my angel to guide me,
My angel gives me hope,
My angel gives the will to go on.
Oh little angel, how much you mean to me.
I need you, I want your help,
When I am lost, you find me,
When I can no longer see, you are my eyes,
When I can no longer walk, you carry me.
I would have perished so long ago,
If my little angel had not been there.
My angel has never forsaken me,
Why my angel continues to help me,
I will never know.
But no matter what happens,
My angel will always be there.
